  1. Visit Your Local Police Department - Woodridge Police Open House!

    The Woodridge Police Department has received an outpouring of support in the wake of the Dallas police incident. As a way to say thank you and give back to Woodridge families, the Woodridge Police Department is hosting an Open House at the Woodridge Police Station, located at One Plaza Drive, on Thursday July 28th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. The Open House will feature a tour of the station, squad car demonstrations for kids, and a meet and greet with local police officers.   2. We Are One! Ecumenical Service July 28

    July 28, 4:30 PM

    All are invited to attend the Village's Ecumenical Service to help bring our community closer together, show support for law enforcement officers, and our desire for united peace. The symbolic Blue and White Service will take place at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 28 outside of Village Hall at Kagann Plaza. Residents are invited to show their personal support by placing large blue and white ribbons on a tree, post, or mailbox in their front yard during the period of July 28 through August 1. The display of blue and white colors represents support of our police officers and our coming together in peace - both are great ways to acknowledge that "We are One".

  3. Pokémon GO: Hunt at the Woodridge Library

    July 30, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

    The library will create a Pokémon GO hotspot by putting out Lures from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 30 outside the library near the clock tower PokéStop. Snacks, cold drinks, and smartphone recharging stations will be provided in the library lobby. The Woodridge Library is also a PokéGym and is located at 3 Plaza Drive in Woodridge.
