  1. Dinosaur Hunters Visit the Library - January 20

    January 20, All Day

    Paleontologists will take over the library on Saturday, January 20 for a variety of science classes and presentations. Adults and teens may sign-up online for the 1 p.m. Dinosaur Hunter program which will feature a dinosaur skull collection. Registration for children's classes for 4 to 7 year-olds or 8 to 12 year-olds will open online on January 6.

  2. District 66 Holding Public Meeting - January 23

    January 23, 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

    Center Cass School District 66 is using the theme "Building our Future" to communicate to the community updates on the school district, both within the classroom and the actual construction, renovations, and repairs that are being made to the schools. Interested residents can attend a Building Our Future Open House on Tuesday, January 23 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at Ide School, 2000 Manning Rd., Darien.

  3. Nature RX - 2018 DuPage Environmental Summit

    January 25, 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM

    Save the date for the 2018 DuPage Environmental Summit, Thursday, January 25th, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to Noon at the Naperville Campus (Diehl Road) of Northern Illinois University. The Summit will be centered on the theme of how spending time in Nature is good for our mental, physical and spiritual health. The exhibits area will open at 7:30 a.m. and will feature organizations focusing on the benefits of nature to human health.
