Office Information

Currently, Woodridge has 1,390,477 square feet of existing office space.  Recently approved development projects, including Main Street at Seven Bridges and the Woodward and Hobson Ridge Office Park, will ultimately add 179,105 square feet of additional office space to Woodridge’s landscape.The current available leasable area of existing office space is approximately 62,132 square feet.  You can find more information about office parks and available office space by contacting the Planning and Development department.
