Currently, Woodridge has over 1.3 million square feet of existing retail and commercial space. Recently approved development projects, including Main Street at Seven Bridges and the Woodward and Boughton Commercial Center, will ultimately add 165,000 square feet of additional commercial space to Woodridge’s landscape.  The current available leasable area of existing buildings is approximately 81,094 square feet.  You can find more information about shopping centers and available retail space in the Retail Opportunities Directory.
