Prologis Park Internationale Centre is Woodridge’s premier office/research, light industrial, and warehouse distribution business center. Of the Village’s eight business parks, Prologis Park Internationale Centre is the largest at 840 acres and over 8.7 million square feet of building space. The park is currently home to over 100 businesses. Located directly south of the I-355 and I-55 interchange, Prologis Park Internationale Centre is convenient and easily accessible. Its location, attractive buildings, park-like landscaping and beautiful water features, as well as the ample labor supply in the area, have made Prologis Park Internationale Centre a highly desirable location for many companies.
The park is nearly developed with only 8 acres remaining available for business, industrial, and retail uses. At build-out, Internationale Centre will hold an estimated 8.5 million square feet of industrial and business space. The park has a 90% occupancy rate and currently employs approximately 4,400 people. Internationale Centre is the Village’s largest taxpayer. In 2003, the assessed value of properties in the business park was $103.5 million, increasing from a mere $685,000 in 1989 when the park was annexed.
