Eileene Nystrom was elected Clerk in 2001. She served as Deputy Clerk for 23 years prior to her appointment in 2000. This year, Clerk Nystrom was recognized for her 25th year of membership with the International Institute of Municipal Clerks.
Eileene Nystrom and her husband Lou have resided in Woodridge since 1967 and have two daughters. She has also been active in various service organizations in Woodridge including the Woodridge Special Events Committee since 1979. She is an active member and served as President of the Municipal Clerks of DuPage County and the League of Women Voters of Woodridge, Downers Grove and Lisle.
