It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail or deliver tobacco products within the Village of Woodridge without having first obtained a Tobacco Dealers License. Applications for a Tobacco Dealer's License shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk at the Village Hall or as an addendum to a business license application.
