On Monday, October 17, 2016 the Woodridge Plan Commission will consider the following case: 

                        
Zigfield Troy Electronic Message Board Sign – 1535 75th Street:
The Plan Commission will consider an application by Seventy-Fifth Street Investments, LP for an amendment to the special use and site plan for the Zigfield Troy Golf Course. Due to the elevation difference between 75th Street and the golf course, the applicant is requesting relief for signage height to construct an electronic message board. Village Board consideration of the project is tentatively scheduled for November 3rd.

The Plan Commission serves as an advisory commission to the Village Board of Trustees. Their primary functions include providing guidance on:
  • Comprehensive Plan amendments, land use and neighborhood character
  • Development proposals including zoning, special use and subdivision requests
  • Zoning and Building Code variance requests
  • Hearing appeals of building and zoning decisions
