Cedar Hill Subdivision was annexed into the Village in April 2004.  The property was purchased by Kenar, LLC and was granted approval for a 13 lot multi family residential development. After completion, the development will feature 26 luxury duplex homes with upscale amenities.  the duplexes will range in size from 2,300 square feet to 2,800 square feet and will feature 9' full basements, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.  Homes in the Cedar Hill development will start at $420,000. Cedar Hill homes are in Woodridge School district 68 and Community High School District 99.
