Across from Seven Bridges, south of High Trial on Route 53, Realen Homes, a division of Orleans Homebuilders, is constructing Noble Woods, a 25-lot single-family subdivision on 10.5 acres of land. Because the Village requires that trees be preserved or replaced, the subdivision will be heavily landscaped. The road system for Noble Woods links Oak Tree Trail to Route 53 and improves connections between surrounding subdivisions while limiting the number of access points to Route 53. To this point, there have been 15 homes constructed.  They have between 4 and 6 bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 5 baths and 3 car garages.  The lots range in size from 8,400 to 19,600 square feet.  The average selling price has been $700,000 and the highest, $900,000.
