NOTICE TO BIDDERS

To promote fair and impartial business opportunities, the Village of Woodridge now utilizes their website, www.vil.woodridge.il.us, to publish their upcoming  UPCOMING BIDS OPPORTUNITIES, provide CURRENT BID DOCUMENTS, and broadcast BID RESULTS to the public. Because of this publicized information and open access, the Village no longer retains bidder lists. Businesses interested in doing business with the Village should:

1. Consult the Village website, www.vil.woodridge.il.us for upcoming opportunities.

2. Register with Onvia Demandstar. Depending on the type of registration your business selects, Onvia Demandstar will either:
 
a. Notify companies of bidding opportunities available within the Village of Woodridge (no charge) or a four-county area (minimal annual charge), or
b. Allow businesses to surf their site and download selected documents for a minimum charge per document. Business should email www.demandstar.com directly or call 800-711-1712 for more information.

3. Check the public notices in the Liberty Suburban Newspaper “Reporter”.
