Village of Woodridge Updates on Electrical Aggregation

electricalaggregation.JPG

The Village, through participation in the Will County Governmental League's electric aggregation program, has been able to secure a three-year contract with Constellation Energy for its energy supply. The cost of the supplied energy will be 7.517 cents/kWh, which will be effective starting in October 2018 and through the duration of the agreement. This rate is below the ComEd price to compare of 7.941 cents/kWh. Letters regarding this new agreement have been delivered to eligible Woodridge residents and contain information for those seeking to opt out of the program.

More information can be found on the Village's Electrical Aggregation webpage.
